このページでは、SenseTune（本ポリシー内では「運営者」と呼びます）が手がけるブログメディアならびに付随する各種コンテンツ（まとめて「本サービス」と呼びます）のご利用にあたって、皆さまからお預かりする個人情報をどのように取り扱うかをまとめています。運営者は、個人情報の保護がきわめて重要なテーマであるとの認識のもと、個人情報保護法をはじめとする各種法令を遵守し、預かった情報を慎重に守ることをお約束いたします。
第1条（個人情報）
本ポリシーで扱う「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法が定める「個人情報」のことを指しています。具体的には、ご存命の方に関する情報のうち、氏名・生年月日・住所・電話番号・連絡先などによって、その方が誰であるかを特定できるような記述等（個人識別情報）を意味します。
第2条（情報の収集方法）
本サービスは会員登録を必要としないオープンなメディアです。そのため、通常の閲覧の範囲では、クレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、運転免許証番号といった機微性の高い情報を皆さまから取得することはありません。運営者が取り扱う情報の種類は、次の2つに整理できます。
ユーザーからのお問い合わせ等により提供される情報
運営者があらかじめ用意しているお問い合わせフォーム等を通してご連絡をいただく場面では、お名前やメールアドレスといった連絡用の情報をご記入いただく場合があります。
自動的に収集される情報（Cookie等）

第4条（利用目的の変更）
- 運営者が個人情報の利用目的を変更するのは、変更後の目的が変更前の目的と関連していると合理的に認められる場合に限ります。
- 利用目的を変更したときは、運営者が定める方法で皆さまに通知するか、本ウェブサイト上に掲載することで、変更後の目的をお知らせします。
第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）
運営者は、皆さまの事前の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ渡すことはいたしません。ただし、以下のいずれかに該当するケースや、個人情報保護法その他の法令で例外的に認められているケースについては、この限りではありません。
- 人の生命、身体、または財産を守るために必要があり、なおかつご本人の同意を得るのが難しい場面
- 公衆衛生の向上や、お子さまの健やかな成長のためにとくに必要であり、なおかつご本人の同意を得るのが難しい場面
- 国の機関や地方自治体、もしくはこれらから委託を受けた方が、法令で定められた業務を行うために協力が求められ、ご本人の同意を取り付けるとその業務に支障が出てしまうおそれがある場面
広告配信およびアフィリエイトプログラムについて
本サービスでは、外部事業者による広告配信サービスやアフィリエイトプログラムを取り入れています。これらの配信事業者は、皆さまの関心に合わせた商品やサービスの広告を表示するために、当サイトや別のサイトの閲覧データ（Cookie等）を参照する場合があります。これらの情報そのもので個人を特定することはできませんが、Cookieをご希望に応じて無効化したい場合は、お使いのブラウザの設定からいつでも変更いただけます。
第6条（個人情報の開示）

第7条（個人情報の訂正および削除）
- 運営者が保有しているご自身の個人情報（お問い合わせの際に提供された情報等）に誤りがあるときは、運営者所定の手続きに沿って、訂正・追加・削除（以下、まとめて「訂正等」と呼びます）を求めていただくことが可能です。
- 前項のご請求を受け取り、対応すべきだと運営者が判断した場合には、速やかに対象となる個人情報の訂正等を実施します。
第8条（個人情報の利用停止等）
「利用目的の範囲を超えて使われている」「不正な手段で取得されたものだ」といった理由で、ご本人さまから個人情報の利用停止または消去（以下、まとめて「利用停止等」と呼びます）のご請求があった場合、運営者は遅滞なく必要な調査に着手します。
そのうえで調査結果を踏まえ、ご請求にお応えするべきだと判断したときには、速やかに該当する個人情報について利用停止等の措置を取ります。
第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
- 運営者があらかじめ別段の取り決めをしている場合を除き、改定後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載された時点から効力を持つものとします。
- 本ポリシーの内容は、法令の定めや本ポリシー上で別途扱いを定めている事項を除き、皆さまへの個別のご連絡なしに見直すことができるものとします。
SenseTune Privacy Policy
This page explains how SenseTune (referred to below as “the Operator”) handles the personal information of those who visit and engage with the blog media and accompanying offerings it runs (collectively, “the Service”). Mindful that the protection of personal information is a matter of real significance, the Operator pledges to abide by the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations, and to manage every piece of information entrusted to it with diligence and care.
Article 1 (Personal Information)
Throughout this Policy, the term “Personal Information” follows the meaning given to it under the Personal Information Protection Act. In other words, it covers information about a living individual where details such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other descriptors make it possible to identify that specific person (so-called personal identification information).
Article 2 (Methods of Collection)
Because the Service is open to all and does not require any form of membership registration, ordinary use does not lead the Operator to collect highly sensitive items such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or driver’s license numbers. The information actually handled falls into the two groups outlined below.
Information provided through inquiries
When you reach out to the Operator through the inquiry form it provides or by similar means, you may be invited to share contact details such as your name and email address.
Automatically collected information (Cookies, etc.)
As you browse the pages of the Service, certain data may be picked up automatically — for example, your browsing history, IP address, identifiers such as Cookies, approximate location, and information about the device you are using. Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Operator does not pass personal information on to any third party without first securing the user’s consent. The exceptions to this rule are the situations listed below, along with any other cases that the Personal Information Protection Act or related laws and regulations specifically permit.
- Where action is needed to safeguard a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual’s consent would be impractical.
- Where the situation is particularly important for advancing public health or supporting the healthy upbringing of children, and obtaining the individual’s consent would be impractical.
- Where cooperation is required for a national agency, a local government, or a party they have entrusted, in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and seeking the individual’s consent might interfere with those duties.
About Advertisement Delivery and Affiliate Programs
The Service incorporates advertising provided by external parties as well as affiliate program offerings. To present ads for goods and services that match each visitor’s interests, those advertising partners may consult information about visits to this site and to other sites (Cookies, for instance). The information itself does not on its own pinpoint any individual, and visitors who prefer to switch Cookies off are free to do so at any time through their browser settings.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
If a person asks for their own personal information to be disclosed, the Operator will respond and provide that disclosure without unnecessary delay. There are, however, situations in which all or part of the information may be withheld, namely where disclosure would lead to any of the outcomes below; in such a case, the Operator will inform the requester of that decision without delay.

Separately from the above, information that does not amount to personal information — for example, history and characteristic data such as Cookies and log records — is, as a rule, kept outside the scope of disclosure.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If the personal information about you that the Operator holds (such as details supplied when you got in touch) turns out to be inaccurate, you may follow the procedure the Operator has set in place to ask for correction, addition, or deletion (collectively, “Correction, etc.”) of that information.
- Once such a request reaches the Operator and is judged to call for action, the necessary Correction, etc. will be carried out on the relevant personal information without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
Where someone asks the Operator to suspend or erase the use of their personal information (collectively, “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the stated purpose, or that it was acquired through improper means, the Operator will promptly begin whatever investigation is required.
If, looking at the findings of that investigation, the Operator concludes that the request should be acted on, the Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information in question will be put into effect without delay.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- Unless the Operator has specifically arranged otherwise, any updated version of this Privacy Policy will become effective from the moment it is posted on this website.
- The terms of this Policy may be revised without giving individual notice to users, with the exception of any matters where laws and regulations or this Policy itself prescribe a different approach.

- 为配合国家机关、地方公共团体或其所委托者执行法律法规所规定的事务，而取得本人同意可能反而妨碍该事务的推进的场合
关于广告投放及联盟计划
本服务接入了由外部机构提供的广告投放服务以及联盟计划。这类广告投放方为了使所展示的商品或服务广告更贴近各位用户的兴趣，可能会参考有关访问本网站及其他网站的信息（如Cookie等）。这些信息本身并不能直接锁定到特定个人，若用户希望停用Cookie，也可以随时通过自己浏览器的设置进行调整。

第七条（个人信息的更正及删除）
- 若用户察觉运营方所保存的关于其本人的个人信息（例如咨询时所提供的信息等）存在错误之处，可依照运营方所制定的手续，向运营方请求对该信息进行更正、追加或删除（以下统称”更正等”）。
- 当运营方收到用户依据前款所提出的请求，且判断有必要予以响应时，将不予迟延地对相关个人信息执行更正等的处理。
第八条（个人信息的停止使用等）
如果本人以”个人信息已被超越使用目的范围加以处理”或”该信息系经由不正当手段取得”等理由，向运营方请求停止使用或删除（以下统称”停止使用等”）该个人信息，运营方将不予迟延地着手开展所需的调查工作。
在前款所述调查的结果出来之后，若运营方判断这一请求确有响应的必要，则将不予迟延地对相关个人信息实施停止使用等的处理措施。
第九条（隐私政策的变更）
- 除运营方另有特别约定的情形外，经修订后的本隐私政策，自其于本网站发布之时起开始生效。
- 本政策的内容，除法律法规或本政策中另有特别规定的事项之外，可在不另行通知用户的前提下加以修订。
